Pierre Bellemans completed a double bachelor's degree in Law and Political Science at the Université Saint-Louis in Brussels. He then completed a Master's degree in Law at the Katholiek Universiteit van Leuven and the Université Catholique de Louvain. During his university studies, he also took advantage of an Erasmus exchange at the University of Lancaster in the United Kingdom.

Since October 2020, Pierre Bellemans has joined the Brussels Bar. He practices mainly in the field of Health Law in collaboration with Sarah Ben Messaoud. His practice also includes cases in general administrative law and constitutional law.

This has enabled him to develop a taste for litigation on rights and freedoms in relation to public health protection objectives.
